Joe Judge

Joe Judge has spent his entire adult life working with people. In the early 1990’s, Joe was asked to participate in the development of a leadership program for clergy within the Lutheran Church. There he discovered that he had a real passion for personal growth, understanding organizational dynamics, designing motivational value systems, and coaching others toward excellence. In 2000, Joe joined Staub Leadership Solutions in Greensboro, NC, where he was made both partner and president just a year later.

Joe honed his skills while working nine years at Staub, with clients ranging from large fortune 500 companies to small family businesses. In 2009, Joe stepped away from his responsibilities at Staub Leadership and created his own company, Clear Possibilities. Joe’s specialty is helping individuals within teams align behaviors in order to achieve the organization’s stated objectives. With this comes a simple process for handling conflict, holding accountability, dreaming and developing teams that excel. Joe’s clients appreciate his practical approach to helping them make real progress.
