Charlene works for the Vice President of Government Relations and Research and with the Vice President of Operations. Charlene comes to ANLA with 15 years of administrative and database skills working with non-profit associations. Prior to joining the ANLA staff, Charlene was an administrative assistant for the National Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect with Pal-Tech, Inc. She also worked with the Friendship Edison Public Charter Schools in Washington, DC, for the Director of Special Education as the administrative assistant.

Charlene is a native Washingtonian and resides in Temple Hills, MD, with her husband, Arthur, and son, Lawrence.
