Warren A. Quinn is Vice President for Operations with the American Nursery & Landscape Association (ANLA), a Washington, DC-based trade association representing over 2,300 firms who grow, sell, and use landscape plants. He manages association operations, including financial and personnel administration, serves as the administrator of the landscape division of ANLA, and coordinates association activities relating to professionals' use of plants in the landscape. He is the managing editor of American Standard for Nursery Stock (ANSI Z60.1), approved in accordance with the procedures of the American National Standards Institute.

Quinn graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia in 1981 with a B.A. in Political Science. Following graduation, he was the Vice-President of his family's design/build landscape company, Quinn's Kingsville Nurseries, Inc., Kingsville, Maryland, for eight years. He later attended Emory University School of Law and has been a practicing attorney since 1992.
